Subscription Content
Subscriptions must be purchased for each individual user wanting to access and benefit from the subscription content on this site. Communal usage of the subscription content on this site is not permitted for any reason.
"Lifetime" plans have a five year (1825 day) cap on the subscription.
Corporate Subscriptions
Corporate subscriptions are for individual companies training their own staff. You cannot use the corporate subscription to resell training to persons outside your company (contact us about bulk reseller deals if you are interested).
Subscription Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated at any time without warning if found to be breaching these terms and conditions, or any addition terms of the subscription.

Refund Policy
As we deal in virtual goods, once you have accessed subscription content on this site, refund is not possible. Cancellations of subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the cancellation is approved by us, pursuant to a sufficiently good reason being provided, your payment will be refunded. Subscription cancellations will not be considered more than fifteen (15) days after the time of purchase. Partial refunds are not granted upon early termination of subscriptions.
